Will be held as follows:

• Time: 3pm – 5pm
• Venue: Multipurpose Hall , Bukit Gita Bayu

Agenda:

1. To receive and adopt the Minutes of the AGM held on 25th March 2012
2. To receive and adopt the Committee’s Report for 2012
3. To receive and adopt the accounts for the year ending 31st December 2012
4. To elect new committee members for 2013 – 2014
5. Other matters arising

The General Committee calls upon all residents of Gita Bayu to attend this AGM to support future social and community activities in Gita Bayu. This General Committee also calls upon residents to seek office in the next committee to support and carry on the excellent efforts in those areas of interest.
